All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required.


3. Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, regardless of destination.
Delivery times start after your order has been shipped.

Delays may occur due to customs or courier issues, but this is rare.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your local courier or post office

7. Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at kicksnstuff44@gmail.com.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, we can’t change the address.
